Programme Overview
The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at MIT-WPU fosters a research-oriented mindset throughout students' academic careers, this programme seeks to strengthen students' fundamental knowledge of computer science while progressively exposing them to new developments.
Incorporating the methodologies of computer science and engineering, the programme illustrates real-world applications while fostering a research mindset. Students learn about the new tools, technologies, and applications through a concentrated curriculum that encompasses Internet technologies, machine learning, data science, mobile application development, programming languages, advanced databases, computer science fundamentals, and Agile and Scrum Master methodologies.
Industry-specific internships, real-world projects, and collaborations with businesses offer essential pre-placement exposure to practical experiences. Graduates possess the skills to successfully conceptualise, design, develop, implement, and execute software applications.

Terms & Conditions Apply:
- All Scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. All Scholarships are awarded as fee adjustments.
- To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the programme, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80 percent and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

Eligibility
Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 3/4-year graduation degree in science stream/ BCA from a UGC-approved institution/university or its equivalent. In addition, candidates must have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at the Class10+2 level or at the graduate level (Minimum 55% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to the Reserved Category from Maharashtra State).
Selection Process
Admission will be based on the MIT-WPU CET 2026 Entrance Examination and the Personal Interaction (PI) score, conducted by the University as per the prescribed schedule.
