The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at MIT-WPU in a bid to foster a research-oriented mindset throughout students' academic careers, this program seeks to strengthen students' fundamental knowledge of computer science while progressively exposing them to new developments. Incorporating the methodologies of computer science and engineering, the program illustrates real-world applications while fostering a research mindset. Students learn the newest tools, technologies, and applications through a concentrated curriculum that encompasses Internet technologies, machine learning, data science, mobile application development, programming languages, advanced databases, computer science fundamentals, and Agile and Scrum Master methodologies. Industry-specific internships, real-world projects, and collaborations with businesses offer essential pre-placement exposure to practical experiences. Graduates possess the skills to successfully conceptualise, design, develop, implement, and execute software applications.

  • All Scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. All Scholarships are awarded as fee adjustments.
  • To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the programme, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80 percent and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

Eligibility

Minimum 60% in 3-year Graduation in science stream / BCA from UGC approved Institution or its equivalent (at least 55% marks, in case of Reserved Class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only) And should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at 12th Class level or graduate level.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Programme is based on the MIT-WPU CET PG Computer Science Entrance Examination 2025 & Personal Interaction (PI) score.
