Q: Where are the hostels located, and how far are they from the university?
A: Hostels are located in various areas like Ambegaon, Bavdhan, Karvenagar, and Kothrud. The distance ranges from 2.7 km to 10.5 km. Bus shuttle services are provided from the hostel to college campus.
Q: Are there both AC & non-AC room options?
A: Yes, students can choose between AC and non-AC rooms depending on their preference and budget for the respective hostels.
- A: 1. Within 0-20 days of joining: INR 10,000 deducted for hostel and mess fee.
- 2. Beyond 20 days: No refund.
- 3. Cancellations after August 1st are not eligible for refunds.
A: Mess fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is within 0-20 days of joining.
A: Room changes are not allowed except in exceptional cases with prior approval from the warden.
