Programme Overview

The Department of Pharmaceutical Science at MIT-WPU offers a 3-year B.Pharm direct second year lateral entry programme for students who have completed a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy. This programme allows students to enter the B.Pharm programme directly in the second year. It is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the field of pharmacy, and may include a range of coursework and hands-on training in areas such as drug development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and more.

Eligibility

Minimum 50% aggregate in D.Pharm course (45% for reservation category and persons with disability) from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

Selection Process

The selection process for the programmes is based on Diploma scores and a Statement of Purpose (500 words) written by the student. (Provisional Admissions are offered based on 5th semester scores, in case results of final semester are awaited)
