- 9% sweat equity from the startup upfront which will cover (Seedfund + Fund Raise + Go-to-Market Strategy)
- Investment Banking fee of 5% for the fundraise
- Retainership for any service like accounting, HR, marketing, Debt Financing, Real estate assistance, Mystery audits, internal audits, Stat audits, Setting up of SOP/Controls, Facilitating Due Diligence/Valuations, Mentoring, Help in Search of Cofounders, Company incorporation.
