International Scholarships

A merit-based scholarship is an award given to high performing students. It is based entirely on their merit in academics

- 50% Scholarship on Programme Fee
  50% Scholarship is applicable for all categories - Eligibility is 10th/12th/Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- 100% Scholarship on Programme Fee
  MIT-WPU will offer scholarship ONLY for 1 student each programme each country 100% Scholarship is applicable ONLY for Foreign National students - Eligibility is 10th/12th/Graduation with minimum 80% marks (Please note, Hostel is compulsory for 100% scholarship holders).
- Scholarships are applicable for full programme duration
- Scholarships will be awarded on First Come First Serve basis

Criteria for continued Scholarship Year on Year:

- Academic Performance: To continue the scholarship after the first year for the total duration of the programme, the student should maintain a minimum CGPA of 6 CGPA and above throughout all semesters of every year with no backlogs in any subject/programme and no semester break.
- Attendance: The student must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% per semester after catering for all exigencies including illness, sports, and any other requirements.
- Discipline: The student must maintain good conduct, behavior, and discipline as per the Code of Conduct of the University. For any violations of the University Code of Conduct, the student will be issued a written warning/memo leading to forfeiting of the scholarship immediately for ongoing as well as the subsequent years.

It is mandatory that the mark sheet is attested by Ministry of Education or Indian Embassy in your country or your Country Mission, i.e. your Embassy or Consulate in India.
It is mandatory for all students to produce all the same documents in original at the time of Firm Admission submission, as have been uploaded at the time of filling the form.

Documents required for Children of Indians working in Gulf/South East Asia /NRI students admission at MIT-WPU. (All documents must be valid for next six months.)

Passport and Visa of sponsoring parent – i) original & copy or ii) In case sponsoring parent is not accompanying the student the copy of passport & visa should be attested by Indian Embassy and original attestation submitted.

Residence Permit – Visa page copy
