The BBA programme at MIT-WPU offers a holistic educational experience, allowing students to shape their academic path based on their interests and career goals by selecting any of these three specializations, either in Human Resource Management, Accounting & Finance, or Marketing Management from the third Semester onwards.
In the HR Management specialization, students acquire a diverse skill set including Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving, Employee Relations Attention to Detail, Knowledge of HR Processes, Performance Management Training and Development, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Organisation Behavior , Teamwork and Collaboration, Strategic HR Planning, and Project Management. These equip students to become adept HR professionals capable of effectively managing organisational resources, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and productivity.
The Accounting & Finance specialization sharpens students' skills in Financial Analysis, Investment & Portfolio Analysis, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Services, and Portfolio Management. These enable students to excel in financial decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, mitigate risks, optimise corporate finances, and leverage data-driven insights to drive financial success.
The Marketing Management specialisation cultivates proficiency in Market Research, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Analytics. Graduates emerge equipped to conduct comprehensive market analysis, devise effective marketing strategies, manage brand identity, leverage digital platforms for marketing initiatives, and utilise data analytics to optimise marketing campaigns and enhance business growth.
Live projects and a mandatory summer internship complement classroom learning and foster on-the-job skill development. Led by industry stalwarts and seasoned academics, lectures are enriched by insightful guest talks, adding value to the overall learning journey.
