Mrs. Vijaya Pangave is a Selection Grade Senior Lecturer in the School of Polytechnic & Skill Development at MIT World Peace University, Pune, with over 29 years of distinguished teaching experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She holds a B.E. in Electronics, an M.Tech. in Communication Systems, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, focusing on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), Machine Learning, IoT, and data-driven solutions for sustainable cotton farming. Her areas of expertise include Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Electronic Circuit Design, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Automation, and IoT. Mrs. Pangave has established a strong research profile with 20+ publications in reputed international journals, conferences, and book chapters, with research indexed in Scopus and other leading scholarly databases. Her work spans AI, IoT, smart agriculture, computer vision, wireless communication, and embedded technologies, reflecting her commitment to interdisciplinary innovation and technology-driven solutions. She has successfully guided several award-winning student projects at state-level competitions, authored eight technical textbooks, and actively participates in national and international faculty development programmes, contributing to quality engineering education and continuous professional development.
