Bio

Dr. Sumant N Shinde is an assistant professor in the School of Civil Engineering at MITWPU (previously known as MIT) since 2005. With 17 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industrial experience, he has graduated from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad and completed his Masters in Structural Engineering from M I T Pune. Dr. Shinde has published 10 research papers in international journals (UGC Care Scopus and WoS), 4 research papers in international conferences, and one research paper in a national conference. He has guided over 30 undergraduate and postgraduate students and is actively involved in research on fiber reinforced concrete composite in blast-resistant design, Ferrocement Technology, and Precat Construction.
