Dr. Nutan Jayant Pathak has 32 years of undergraduate and 21 years of postgraduate teaching experience at MAEER’s Maharashtra Institute of Technology and MIT WPU in Pune, India. She has served as an Associate Professor for 10 years with permanent university approval from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Pathak holds an African Patent for the modification of Grips of GFRP bars for Tension Test. She has presented one paper in an International conference in London, UK, which is indexed in Scopus. Dr. Pathak has published 29 papers, including 11 in International journals and 7 in International conferences. She has also served as a cultural activity in-charge for 20 years, and conducted Abhivyatki, an intercollegiate students' event for 15 years. In addition, she has guided 39 dissertations at the postgraduate level, 8 undergraduate projects, and countless seminars. Dr. Pathak also serves as an examiner for other universities and the MPSC exam.

Concrete Technology:- Use of magnetized water in concrete, Reinforced Concrete:- Replacement of steel rebars by GFRP concrete.
