Mrs. Aparna Virendra Shete

Bio

Prof. Aparna V. Shete is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at MIT WPU, Pune. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from MGM, Nanded, and a Master's degree in Civil- Town and Country Planning from the prestigious College of Engineering, Pune in 2010.She has been associated with MIT-WPU since 2014 and has taught various subjects such as Basics of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Applied Mechanics, Surveying, Advanced Surveying, Irrigation Engineering, Building Design and Drawing, Building Information Modelling, and Management Information System.

Prof. Shete completed her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in the area of Water Resources Engineering under the guidance of Dr. S. S. Shahapure. Her expertise in the field has earned her life membership of the prestigious Indian Society of Hydraulics (ISH) and the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE).
