Harmonizing Science and Spirituality for World Peace is the university's constant pursuit, evident in its Value-based Universal Education System.
Library services are evolving in response to new trends and technology in librarianship. Modern librarians are now information managers, providers, consultants, designers, leaders, production specialists, and teachers. MIT-WPU embraces a technologically driven library, utilizing traditional principles to organize and communicate knowledge globally through electronic means.
The changing landscape of librarianship is driven by rapidly evolving technologies, emphasizing the management of electronic resources for service delivery. This paper discusses librarians' role as change agents for sustainable library and information service delivery in a digital society.
