Mr. Ramesh Siddhavatam is the Senior Director of the Center for Industry and Academia Partnerships (CIAP) at MIT-WPU. He is a distinguished Human Resources Transformational leader and Industry-Academia Partnership expert, bringing over twenty-two years of extensive experience in HR Strategy, Strategic Recruitment, Organisational Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and HR Analytics.

Mr. Siddhavatam is a focused and accomplished Human Resources Professional who contributes significantly to the University and Department objectives through collaboration and influencing skills, driving results via Change Management and Operational Excellence.

With a wealth of experience across diverse global industries, including Education, Financial Services, Banking, Technology, Information Services, and FMCG, Mr. Siddhavatam possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communicates exceptionally at all levels within an organisation.

Mr. Siddhavatam’s expertise extends to strategizing, designing, delivering, and ensuring ROI through leadership and Organizational Development (OD) training across departments. He is well-versed in Leadership Competency Assessment and proficient in running Assessment Centers for identified competency development through OD scorecards.
