Dr. Sasmita Behera is currently working as an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University. She holds Master's and M.Phil degree in Economics and has also completed her Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Dr. Behera's research expertise lies in health and nutrition economics, healthcare financing, inequality in healthcare, and disease burden. She has a robust research portfolio, having published many research papers in reputed national and international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Her academic and professional endeavours reflect a deep commitment to advancing the understanding of critical issues in healthcare economics.
