Bio
Dr. Sachin Kulkarni is a distinguished academician with a Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in nanomaterials. With an impressive career spanning over 24 years in teaching and 5 years in industry, he brings a rare blend of academic excellence and practical insight to his profession. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Physics, he has played a pivotal role in shaping both curriculum and research culture.
He has authored more than 15 research articles published in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, reflecting his strong commitment to scholarly work. At present, he is actively leading a seed-funded research project, contributing to advancements in his field of expertise.
Dr. Kulkarni’s dedication, integrity, and passion for teaching have earned him the prestigious Ideal Teacher Award. He has also demonstrated exceptional leadership on the global stage by serving as Chairman of an international conference jointly organized by IOP (U.K.) and SPIE (U.S.A.).
His contributions to academia, research, and academic administration make him a respected figure in the scientific community and an inspiration to students and colleagues alike.
