Mr. Gopal Vasudeo Wamane

Bio

He is a Post-Graduate in Political Science and Electronics, with extensive multi-disciplinary experience. He leverages the on-field experiential learning for a mutually rewarding relationship along with personal professional development. Currently he is pursuing PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. His areas of research spans to disaster risk governance and localisation, 'Praxis' in Disaster Management, Gender Equity: Addressing marginalization and vulnerability, Democratic Governance and Public Policy etc.

With a strong zeal to lean as well as contribute to team member his role predominantly revolves around people interaction and handle multiple concurrent assignments. He has actively engaged in border State outreach activities in Arunachal Pradesh and the UT of J&K as part of a youth training program. He has worked in Palghar district (MH) for tribal development in areas on skill development, child malnutrition & sustainable agricultural practices and has also completed Course at Khadi Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, GoI for entrepreneurship development in agro-based industry and livelihood generation.
