Indian Institute Of Technology, Jodhpur, conducts "PROMETEO E-CONCLAVE", an extremely reputed nationwide event, which aspires to elevate innovation, channeling creative ideas in technology, business, and entrepreneurship. This year PROMETEO E-CONCLAVE 24 was conducted between 17th to 20th January 2024 at the IIT Jodhpur campus, in which 5000+ participants, from 450+ colleges participated in 20+ events.

MIT-WPU team comprising of Miss Soukhya Kulkarni (SY B.Tech CSE), Mr. Chinmay Huddar (TY B.Tech CSE), and Mr. Parth Ware (TY B.Tech, CSE) participated in the event "B-Plan", a 50-hour business planning challenge, where participants have to make a complete strategy for a product/idea outlining a company's primary business operations and how it intends to reach its objectives from scratch for the given problem statement. The students participated under the guidance of Prof. Jayashree Aher.

The MIT-WPU team presented on the topic "Design Of Innovative & Sustainable Business Model To Integrate Cultural Tourism And E-Commerce Benefitting Global Visitors And Local Communities". In a pool of 407 outstanding teams, the team distinguished themselves with their innovative business idea and strategic approach, earning a spot among the Top 6. The team presented a robust business strategy that captured the attention and admiration of the discerning jury. The culminating moment arrived as the jury members, experts in the field, announced the winners. Against formidable competition, the team and their hard work was acknowledged, and they were honored with the 3rd prize, a testament to their brilliance in blending innovation with practical business acumen.

In the final round, the MIT-WPU team presented their business plan and working model, which bagged them their Third Place on the podium.
