Dr. Satish A. Polshettiwar is a highly accomplished Researcher Associate Professor and Academic Co-ordinator PG Program, at Dept of Pharmaceutics, School of Health Sciences and Technology, Dr Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune-India. With over 21 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Polshettiwar has been recognized for his excellence in the field, having been awarded the Ideal Teacher Award 2021 from the MIT Group of Institutions in Pune and the Prestigious ICT Educator Award 2020 from the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), New Delhi.

Dr. Polshettiwar is an active researcher who has presented numerous research papers at international and national conferences. He has also authored over 60 research and review articles in peer-reviewed, Scopus and WoS indexed journals, and written 4 textbooks on Pharm Microbiology, Pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacotherapeutics, and more. Additionally, he has contributed 30 book chapters to Elsevier’s, Sprinter Nature, Bentham Science, Wiley, IGI, CRS Press Publication, been granted 2 international patents, one Indian design patent, and filed 10 Indian patents. He is also NPTEL-SWAYAM speaker and AI Expert in Pharmaceutical Science contributed for designing FormulationAI web-based prediction tool.

Dr. Polshettiwar is a life member of APTI and MSPC and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Winner of Asia Continent Samarashta Award 2019, the Shikshan Shree Award, Best Innovative Teacher Award, राज्यस्तरीय गुणवंत शिक्षक गुरुगौरव शिक्षकरत्न पुरस्कार २०२०, Global Excellent Award 2021 by KomTV and World Arya Vaishya Community, among many others. Host of a Pharma educational YouTube channel with 6 thousand + subscribers and 4 lakh + student followers. Coordinated RIDE, HackMITWPU, Pharmathon and Co-Creation activities at Division 3 University level.
