I am Saad Rashid and pursuing the B.Tech Electrical and Computer Engineering programme at MIT World Peace University has been a truly rewarding experience. The programme offers a balanced blend of hardware and software, helping me build a strong and versatile foundation for today’s technology-driven world.

The curriculum is practical and industry-relevant, and the faculty ensure that every concept is connected to real-world applications. My Capstone Project encouraged me to think beyond the classroom and significantly strengthened my problem-solving and teamwork skills.

I am Mansi Gharpande, and my journey in the Electronics and Communication Engineering programme under the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at MIT World Peace University, Pune has been truly transformative. Coming from a business-oriented background, I initially had little interest in technical fields. However, the department’s practical approach, supportive faculty, and active technical clubs helped me develop a strong interest in electronics. This experience has significantly enhanced my technical skills, confidence, and overall personality.

As a final-year Electronics & Communication Engineering (AIML) student at MIT WPU, Pune, I believe what truly shaped my path in robotics was the culture within the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DoEEE). From the very beginning, the department actively encouraged us to step outside the classroom—something not commonly seen in many engineering setups in India.

This encouragement led me to join the MIT Robocon Team in my first year, which turned out to be a defining moment in my journey. Through the team, I gained hands-on experience in electronics and robotics that went far beyond theoretical learning and helped me discover my true interests.

Over time, this strong foundation opened the door to a research internship at IIIT Hyderabad’s Robotics Research Centre, where I worked on dexterous manipulation. Looking back, it wasn’t just the coursework but the consistent encouragement from DoEEE that made all the difference.

I am Vibhav Verma, and my journey in the B.Tech Electrical and Computer Engineering programme at MIT World Peace University has been highly enriching. The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has played a significant role in shaping my technical skills and interests.

Pursuing the M.Tech. eMobility programme at MIT World Peace University has been one of the most rewarding academic and professional experiences of my life. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed with a strong industry focus and is regularly updated to reflect the latest advancements in the electric vehicle (EV) sector. Each module strengthens both conceptual understanding and practical skills, preparing students to contribute meaningfully to the evolving mobility ecosystem.

The faculty have been instrumental throughout this journey, providing constant guidance, encouragement, and career support. Beyond technical excellence, the programme also emphasises holistic development through skill-based learning, Peace Studies, and leadership-building activities.

MIT-WPU has played a significant role in strengthening my technical skills through workshops, technical hackathons, conference poster presentations, and aptitude training conducted in collaboration with the Career Development Centre (CDC).

The University also prioritises students' overall well-being by organising cultural festivals such as Aarohan and weekly yoga sessions, helping us maintain a healthy balance between academics and personal wellness.

With the continuous support of MIT-WPU and the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I secured a placement at MAN Trucks and Bus India, along with an internship and a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). I am grateful to MIT-WPU for shaping my academic journey and preparing me for a successful professional career.
