Dr. Aditi Karad serves as the Executive Director of MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the university’s academic and institutional vision. Under her leadership, MIT-WPU has strengthened its reputation as a leading institution that blends academic excellence with human values, peace education, and nation-building. Dr. Karad has been instrumental in initiating outcome-driven reforms that focus on industry-aligned curricula, experiential learning, and leadership development—preparing students to become global professionals and responsible changemakers.
Her educational vision extends beyond higher education through her stewardship of World Peace Schools in Alandi, Latur, and Indore, where she is transforming school education by integrating value-based learning, modern pedagogy, and character building, thereby nurturing future-ready leaders from an early age.
In addition to her role in education, Dr. Aditi Karad, an MBBS graduate with a Master’s in Hospital Management from the University of Leeds, England, UK, is a respected leader in the healthcare and service sectors. She serves as the Executive Director of VishwaRaj Hospital, known for its quality and affordable care, and founded the nationally acclaimed Vishwaraj Institute of Nursing.
