Aaditya Talkhande Wins Silver at National Thai Boxing Championship

Aaditya Mukesh Talkhande, a second-year B.Tech ECE Core student at MIT-WPU, secured the Silver Medal at the 8th National Thai Boxing Championship 2026, held from 4 to 6 September 2026 at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Competing in the Senior Category, Aaditya delivered a strong performance at the national-level championship, showcasing his skill, determination and fighting spirit against leading Thai Boxing athletes from across the country.

The achievement follows his Silver Medal at the Maharashtra Thai Boxing Association State Level Championship 2026, where his performance also earned him selection for the National Championship.

His continued success at state and national levels reflects his dedication, discipline and commitment to sporting excellence.
