Dr. Saket Ravindra Yeolekar

Bio

Dr. Saket Yeolekar completed his Diploma from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. He was graduated in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering under Pune University in 1997 then received M. E. Electrical (Power System) from same institute in 2004. He has completed Doctor of Philosophy (Electrical Engineering) from R.S.T.M. Nagpur University in 2017.

Currently, he is working as Program Co-ordinator, and Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Prior to this, he has his experience in teaching with AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune and Industrial experience in Company Crompton Greaves Ltd. Dr. Yeolekar has 25 years of experience in teaching and 1.5 years of experience from industry. He is having his expertise in the field of Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy, Robotics, and Electric Vehicles.

He is actively associated with Centre of Excellence eMobility. He is working as an instructor for MIT Tech Team since 2006. Under his guidance ROBOCON team has represented India in International Contest held in Egypt, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. He was a member of technical committee of ROBOCON for international contest held in India.

He has also delivered the expert talk at various Institutes like CIRT, AISSMS, Bharati Vidyapeeth, & D.Y. Patil Engineering College. He has also invited as a guest faculty for MIT School of Telecom, MIT School of Design, MIT MAE and MANET.

He is working as a treasurer for Indian Society of Lighting Engineers (ISLE), Mumbai State centre and earlier as treasurer for Pune Local Chapter. He has also worked as a consultant in UK Government project on drone delivery worth Rs. 1.6 Lakhs.
