MBA in Construction Management (CM)
Programme Overview
The MBA in Construction Management (CM) is a specialized postgraduate programme focused on developing managerial and leadership skills for the construction and infrastructure sector with a strong emphasis on digital construction. The programme integrates management principles with modern digital technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and project planning tools to enhance project planning, execution, and control. Through an industry- oriented and practice-driven approach, graduates are prepared for leadership roles in construction, infrastructure, and project management organizations.
Duration & Fees
Scholarship
Based on student merit, MIT-WPU offers multiple scholarships to promote inclusion and academic excellence.
These are stated as below,
i. Dr. Vishwanath Karad Scholarship
This scholarship provides a 100% fee waiver for the entire duration of the Programme and is applicable for 5% of the total students’ intake. (Subject to the fulfilment of conditions mentioned under the respective policy).
ii. MIT-WPU Merit Scholarship I
These scholarships are provided at the rate 50% fee waiver in total academic fee for the entire duration of the Programme up to 10% of the total students’ intake. (Subject to the fulfilment of conditions mentioned under the respective policy).
iii. MIT-WPU Merit Scholarship II
These scholarships are provided at the rate of 25% fee waiver in total academic fee for the entire duration of the Programme up to 12% of the total students’ intake. (Subject to the fulfilment of conditions mentioned under the respective policy).
iv. Scholarship to Elite Sportsman
These scholarships are awarded to deserving sports persons based on their participation/winning the prizes at Nationally/Internationally recognized sports competitions/events.
Any candidate who participates/wins a medal at west zone inter-university, all India inter-university, national or international level, while representing MIT-WPU or playing for any Govt. sponsored/ Govt. recognized official sports organization [IOA, BCCI, etc.]; in any nationally/ internationally recognized sporting event; in individual or team sports; would be eligible for the following scholarship for the remaining period of the Programme, only if he/she participates and wins a medal on the National / International Level.

Note : An individual or team winning at West Zone, All India level, National or International level would be eligible for any one concession (whichever is higher).
Terms & Conditions Apply:
- All Scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. All Scholarships are awarded as fee adjustments.
- To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the programme, a minimum level of the academic score has to be maintained at an 8 CGPA across all semesters, attendance is to be maintained at a minimum of 80 percent, with no live backlogs in any subject/programme and no semester break, and there should be no disciplinary action against the student.

Eligibility
Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 3/4-year graduation degree in any stream from a UGC-approved institution/university or its equivalent (Minimum 55% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to the Reserved Category from Maharashtra State).
AND
A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) examinations, with English as a compulsory subject.
AND
A valid non-zero score in the relevant entrance examination conducted by the competent authority.
Selection Process
Admission will be based on the merit of a valid score in CAT 2025, XAT 2026, NMAT 2025, GMAT, CMAT 2026, MAH-CET 2026, PERA 2026 or MAT (September 2025 onwards).
AND
Candidates will also be evaluated through 50 marks online CBT, Group Discussion (GD), Extempore, Personal Interaction (PI) score conducted by MIT-WPU as per the prescribed schedule, along with consideration of their Past Academic Record and Work Experience.

The valid (non-zero) national level entrance score is mandatory for confirmation of admission.
