Prof. Makarand “Mark” Hastak serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Academic and Industry Advisory Board for the Prof. Makarand Hastak School of Construction Engineering & Management at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University.

In this strategic leadership role, he guides the School’s academic direction, curriculum benchmarking, global collaborations, and research vision. The Dean of the School functions under his academic leadership and oversight.
