Privacy Labs
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University and Ziroh Labs, in 2022 to create a Center of Excellence in the field of Data Privacy and Security, the first of its kind in India. The Center of Excellence (Privacy Lab) under MoU was inaugurated on 13 th September, 2022.
The Privacy Lab is intended as a shared educational and research space that will offer tremendous opportunities to advance scientific discovery in the area of Data Privacy and validation while also serving as a valuable technology resource to academia and the industry. Ziroh Labs has provided 50+ licences of its product named as “Ziroh Store” which are installed in Privacy Lab as a testament to the vision.
Events conducted
This program focuses on developing employability skills, helping students get industry exposure while in college and research
- Data Privacy workshop was conducted on 13 th September 2022 by resource persons from Ziroh Labs.
- An elective course “Data Privacy” has been designed in consultation with Ziroh Labs and was offered to third year CSE students last semester.
- Ziroh Labs had offered three EWL (Earn While Learn) projects to second year CSF students under the Academic Alliance Program.
- Conducted a session on 31st August 2023 in Faculty Development Program on Cyber Crimes and Recent Trends in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics
