Hon'ble Shri Om Birla, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, and other top constitutional leaders, presented the honour to Dr. Rahul V. Karad. This recognition is a testament to his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to fortifying the pillars of Indian democracy.

Under Dr. Rahul V. Karad’s guidance, NLC Bharat has become a landmark initiative, bringing together legislators from across the nation to foster dialogue, collaboration, and democratic development. His passion for capacity building and legislative cooperation was recently highlighted during a significant program in Boston, where 130 legislators from 21 different political parties united on an international stage.
