Ramcharan School of Leadership Signs Strategic MoU for Global Immersion Programme

The Ramcharan School of Leadership (RSOL) at MIT World Peace University, Pune, has taken a significant step towards enhancing global exposure for its students through a strategic international collaboration.

In the presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. R. M. Chitnis, MIT World Peace University, Pune formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Twente (Netherlands) and Recess College (UK).

This collaboration introduces a 2-week Global Immersion Programme for RSOL MBA students, designed to provide a well-rounded international learning experience. Key features of the programme include :

• A customised Leadership Live Lab Simulation
• International academic and industry exposure
• A 3-credit certification integrated into the MBA curriculum

Through this initiative, students will gain global perspectives, engage with real-world leadership challenges, and develop skills essential for today’s dynamic business environment.
