MIT-WPU Signs MoU with NIRVAA Solutions to Launch India's First M.Tech in Data Centre Systems Engineering

Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIRVAA Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in Data Centre Systems Technology and Services, to strengthen industry-academia collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of AI-powered data centre and cloud infrastructure.

As the first milestone of this partnership, MIT-WPU has launched an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Data Centre Systems Engineering, in association with NIRVAA Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The collaboration will enable students to gain industry-relevant knowledge and practical exposure through joint academic programmes, industry certifications, internships, live industry projects, faculty development initiatives, research collaborations, workshops, seminars, executive education programmes, industry visits, and innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. The partnership also includes the establishment of a data centre facility on campus to provide students with hands-on learning in a real-world environment.

The programme is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with specialised skills in data centre systems and cloud infrastructure while enhancing their career readiness through industry-integrated learning and placement opportunities.
