MIT-WPU School of Law Honoured with Academic Recognition and Association Award at SILF Silver Jubilee Conference (NIDAR 2025)
The School of Law at MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, was conferred with the Award for Academic Recognition and Association at the SILF Silver Jubilee Conference (NIDAR 2025), held on 13 December 2025 at The LaLiT, New Delhi.
Organized by the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) in association with Global Legal Times, the conference commemorated SILF's 25-year journey of advancing India's legal profession and brought together distinguished legal luminaries, policymakers, academicians, and industry leaders to deliberate on the future of legal practice, institutional reforms, and academia-industry collaboration.
The event was inaugurated by Smt. Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister of Delhi, in the presence of Shri R. Venkataramani, Attorney General of India, while Dr. Lalit Bhasin, President of SILF, led the Silver Jubilee celebrations. The conference featured insightful discussions on the evolving legal landscape, including the theme "Future of Law Practice – Pathways Ahead."
