Dr. Bharat S. Chaudhari

Dr. Bharat S. Chaudhari is a Senior Professor (HAG) and Dean, Research and Development at MIT World Peace University, Pune. With over 35 years of experience, he has made significant contributions in the fields of IoT, wireless, telecom, and optical networks, publishing 125+ research papers, four books, and securing four granted patents. He has previously served as Dean of Academics, Associate Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Technology, and Head of the School of Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at MIT-WPU. Before joining MIT-WPU, he was Dean/Principal at International Institute of Information Technology, Pune. He has actively fostered research culture and mentored numerous students and faculty.

Dr. Chaudhari is a Visiting Scientist (Simons Associate) at ICTP, Trieste, and has led several national and international research projects. He is a Fellow of the Maharashtra Academy of Sciences, IETE, and IE(I), Founder Chair of the IEEE Pune Section, and Program Evaluator for the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of ABET with accreditation experience in the US and other countries. He is a recipient of the IETE N.V. Gadadhar Award, MAEER Ideal Teacher

Award, and DST Young Scientist Grant, and serves as a jury member for reputed national awards.
