Bio

Dr. Vinita holds a PhD in Finance and is a SEBI-certified Resource Person for financial literacy, with extensive experience in conducting training programs. As a certified Entrepreneurship Mentor by NIESBUD, Govt. of India, her expertise spans Entrepreneurship Development, Startups, Risk Management, Accounting for Business Decisions, Banking, and Project Finance.

She has presented research at premier institutions like IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, and IITs, and has published Scopus-indexed papers in finance and entrepreneurship. With a strong passion for academia and entrepreneurship, she has organized workshops in collaboration with IIMs, IIT Bombay, and government bodies like EDII and DIC. A dynamic trainer, mentor, and consultant, she is dedicated to fostering financial literacy and incubating entrepreneurs, blending finance and entrepreneurship to drive impactful learning and innovation.
