Dr. Vikram is the Associate Dean (Academics) at the Ramcharan School of Leadership (RSOL), MIT World Peace University, Pune, and serves as an Associate Professor of Finance. He brings a unique blend of 11 years of industry experience with leading organizations including ICICI Securities, PepsiCo, and Philips Electronics, along with 12 years of academic experience in higher education. His expertise encompasses Financial Analytics, Corporate Valuation, Financial Econometrics, Financial Modelling, Equity Research, and Artificial Intelligence applications in Finance. His research has been published in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, and he is a recipient of the Best Research Paper Awards from NIT Srinagar and OP Jindal University. His corporate experience spans financial services, business development, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic business operations. This strong industry background enables him to bridge theory with practice by integrating live business cases, financial market insights, and data-driven decision-making into the classroom.

His research interests include Financial Analytics, Financial Econometrics, Sustainable Finance, Equity Research, Behavioural Finance, and Artificial Intelligence applications in Finance.
