Bio

Prof. Varsha Sachin Kedar is an academician and researcher with over 12 years of experience in management education. She specializes in Financial Markets, Investments, Behavioural Finance, and Managerial Economics, with a keen interest in understanding investor behaviour and decision-making. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of behavioural biases in equity market investment decisions. She has published research papers in reputed journals and presented award-winning papers at national and international conferences. In addition to teaching and research, she has actively contributed to academic administration, curriculum development, student mentoring, and financial literacy initiatives, bridging contemporary industry practices with classroom learning.
