Bio

Ms. Vaishnavi Unmesh Andhare is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, MIT-World Peace University. She completed her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Laws from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata and holds a B.A. LL.B from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. She also has a diploma in Taxation laws. Her additional qualification includes a certificate course from Yale University, USA in American Contract Law.

Ms Andhare has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at PES Modern Law College, Pune, where she taught Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence and Alternate Dispute Resolution. She also worked as a Visiting faculty at New Law College, BVDU, Pune where she taught Transfer of Property and Competition Law.

Her interests include Constitutional law, International Trade Law, Intellectual Property Law, Property Law, Contract Laws and Jurisprudence. In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Andhare has worked with the college placement cell guiding many students to achieve their career goals.
