Bio
Dr. Tanya Kumar is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, MIT World Peace University, where she is recognized for her dynamic teaching approach and strong research orientation. With over four years of academic experience in marketing and finance, she brings conceptual clarity, industry relevance, and learner-centric pedagogy into the classroom. Her teaching interests span Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Consumer Behaviour, with a focus on developing analytical thinking and practical decision-making skills among students. Beyond teaching, she plays an active role in academic administration and institutional development, contributing to curriculum design, NAAC documentation, and the coordination of Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs). She is a prolific researcher with publications in reputed Scopus-, Web of Science-, and ABDC-listed journals, and has authored several international book chapters with globally renowned publishers including IGI Global, Emerald, Routledge, and Wiley.
