Bio

Dr. Sushil Kumar Gupta brings over 21 years of distinguished experience, equally divided between corporate leadership and academic excellence. A UGC-NET qualified professional in Management (June 2012), he holds a Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, and is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, having completed the prestigious 43rd Faculty Development Programme in Pedagogy and Research Methods (April–May 2023). His academic portfolio includes 12 Scopus-indexed publications and 9 ABDC-listed papers (2 in category B and 7 in category C), alongside five patents in the domains of finance and behavioural analytics. He is also a recipient of a research grant from IIM Ahmedabad, further reinforcing his scholarly engagement. His research focuses on contemporary trends in finance, fintech, wealth management etc. He has been honoured with the Outstanding Educator Award 2025 by Lexicon Group of Institutions and the Global Teacher Award 2021 by AKS Education.

In the corporate domain, Dr. Gupta has held senior leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President positions at reputed organizations such as Motilal Oswal Purple Client Group, BRICS Securities, and ICICI AMC. He is a SEBI-certified Authorized Resource Person (Trainer) and actively contributed to financial literacy initiatives until May 2020.
