Dr. Supriya Paigude

Bio

Dr. Supriya Paigude is a seasoned academic and HR professional with over 20 years of experience spanning academia, executive search, and industry-academia collaborations. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and multiple master’s degrees in HR and business systems from Pune University.

At MIT-WPU, she teaches HR-focused courses such as Organizational Behavior, Strategic HRM, HR Analytics, and Corporate Governance. She has held leadership roles as Assistant Director – Industry Partnerships and currently serves on the NAAC Committee and as a Placement Representative.

Her research focuses on AI in HRM, work-life balance, digital transformation, and sustainability. She has published in reputed journals such as the South Eastern European Journal of Public Health and presented at conferences organized by EDII, IMT Nagpur, and ICFAI Business School. She has also coordinated impactful CSR initiatives and live industry projects with firms like Piaggio and Jendamark India.
