Dr. Sunishtha prefers Clinical Legal Education methodology in her lectures and tries to enable the students to adopt the subject as a way of life rather than just a subject for exams.

Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, NMIMS Indore; Symbiosis Law School; School of Law JSPM; and Balaji University in Pune.

She has published her research work in the domain of criminal law and gender studies in various journals indexed in Scopus and UGC. She has presented her research in various international and national conferences on criminal law and gender welfare.
