Bio

Dr. Suchitra Renguntwar (Ajgaonkar) is an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Department of Liberal Arts at MIT WPU, teaching industrial psychology, psychological assessment in HRD and counselling, and health psychology. She holds a Ph.D. in management and a master’s degree in psychology and is qualified for UGC NET and SET in psychology. She has over six years of experience teaching MBA students and eight years of industry experience. Her empirical research focuses on workforce agility in the information technology industry, learning mechanisms and TQM in the manufacturing industry, and resilience and women empowerment in social enterprises. Her research papers are published in ABDC (B) category journals – International Journal of Organizational Analysis and TQM Journal. Her research interests include socio-cognitive elements in psychology, nudge theory, and collaborative research on the application of psychology to management. She has expertise in mixed-method research, systematic literature review, and qualitative research methods.
