Bio

Sonali Beri is an Assistant Professor with over four years of teaching experience in higher education and is currently pursuing a PhD from Punjabi University, Patiala. She holds a Master of Commerce (HR) from DAV College, Chandigarh, and a Bachelor of Commerce from MCM DAV College, Panjab University. She has taught Human Resource specialization and general management subjects across MBA, M.Com, and BBA programmes. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, and Strategic Management. She has also worked as a Field Researcher on an ICSSR-funded research project and has published and presented research papers at international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
