Mr. Shyamal Ghosh is an accomplished academic professional and industry veteran with over 35 years of experience spanning Telecommunications, Operations Management, Programme Management, Business Analytics, and Digital Transformation. A UGC NET/SET-qualified professional in Management, he has actively contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty at HITS Chennai and NIMS University, Jaipur.

With extensive global experience across the USA, Japan, Australia, and India, Mr. Ghosh has successfully led large-scale initiatives in 5G deployment, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), CRM transformation, and AI-driven digital transformation. He is committed to bridging industry and academia through research-led teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, and executive training. A Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Nokia-certified AI/ML professional, he is dedicated to preparing future management leaders with the knowledge, skills, and industry perspective required to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
