Bio

Dr. Shubhangi V. Gaikwad is an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, Bharat. With over 12 years of experience in teaching, she has been the Head of the Department of Commerce Course at MAEER’s Arts, Commerce & Science College, Pune, and the Program Head of B.Com. E-commerce at MIT WPU, Pune. She is a recognized Post-graduate Teacher in the subject of Marketing from SPPU Pune.

Dr. Gaikwad has presented numerous research papers at local, national, and international seminars and conferences and has published more than 15 textbooks and 4 reference books on Marketing Management and Commerce-based subjects. She has also written several articles for different magazines and has delivered many guest lectures on different topics at various institutes and colleges.

Her exceptional contribution to the field of Commerce & Management has been recognized through several awards, including the 'Best Teacher Award' of MAEER's MACS College, Pune, the 'Best Innovative Teachers Award - 2021' by NIIEM, Kolkata, and International School of Management Studies, Wadgaon, Pune, and the 'Best Teacher Award' - 2022 by Rotary Club Narayangaon and Lokmanyanagar, Pune.

Apart from her research-oriented activities, Dr. Gaikwad is also a recognized guide of the School of Commerce Ph.D. Research Centre, MIT WPU, Pune, and has completed a Minor Research Project in the area of Banking Sector with a grant from Board of College and University Development (BCUD), Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has also received the ""Best Paper"" award during the International Conference on Innovation in Business, Trade, and Commerce at SoC, MIT WPU, Pune in March 2022."
