Bio

Shrirang Ramdas Chaudhari is an assistant professor at the School of Business, MIT-WPU, Kothrud. He is a doctoral student from the School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. He is a researcher, specialising in Organisational/Social Psychology and Human Resource Management.

Shrirang has experience in both academics and the corporate world. He has honed numerous skills to be an affluent researcher and engaging storyteller. His interest lies in the integrated approach of Psychology, Neuroscience and Artificial Intelligence for Industry 5.0 Human Capital Management challenges. He's current research prospects are Virtual Interactions and Culture in an Organisation, Bhartiya Darshan of Mind and Consciousness and Digital Research Methods and Assessment.
