Bio

Dr. Sheetal Girase is an enthusiastic educator and dedicated researcher affiliated with Maharashtra Institute of Technology, World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune, where she has been serving since January 2002. She has earned her Ph.D. from MIT World Peace University, Pune, India after completing her Post-graduation from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune and Graduation from SSVP’s College of Engineering, Dhule.

Over the years, she has taught a diverse range of subjects including: Theory of Computation, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Advanced Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Big Data Analytics. Her academic journey is driven by a passion for both teaching as well as research.

She has published more than 20 papers in reputed International Journals with her research domains as recommendation Systems and Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence. Throughout her career she has supervised numerous Bachelors and Masters students for projects.
