Dr. Shaeyuq Ahmad Shah completed his graduation, post-graduation, and Doctorate degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2022. Dr. Shah is an academic, researcher, and legal scholar with expertise in constitutional law, international law, human rights, and personal laws. He is deeply engaged in interdisciplinary research that examines the interface between law, governance, security, and social justice, with a particular focus on contemporary constitutional challenges in India and comparative legal systems. He is known for his interactive and concept-driven pedagogical approach, which aims to develop critical legal reasoning and analytical skills among students. As a researcher, Dr. Shah has authored and contributed to numerous scholarly articles, policy-oriented papers, and academic commentaries, which have been published in reputable journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Dr. Shah has participated in national and international conferences, workshops, and academic forums, and frequently engages with contemporary legal and policy debates through lectures, invited talks, and expert discussions. He is also involved in academic administration and research coordination, including publication-related and institutional academic initiatives. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, ethical governance, and socially responsive legal scholarship, Dr. Shaeyuq Ahmad Shah continues to make meaningful contributions to legal education, research, and public discourse. Before joining MIT-WPU, Dr. Shaeyuq Ahmad Shah served as Assistant Professor of Law at Symbiosis International Deemed University, Hyderabad Campus.
