Bio

Ms. Sanjyotee Patil is a dedicated faculty member with an interdisciplinary background in Electronic Science and Data Science & Artificial Intelligence. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science, she combines academic rigor with teaching and industry experience. Her expertise includes Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-IoT systems. Her research focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence with IoT to develop intelligent, real-world applications. She is committed to fostering conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and research-oriented learning, contributing to MIT-WPU’s vision of academic excellence and innovation.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at MIT World Peace University, School of Computer Science and Engineering, she brings valuable academic and teaching experience to the role. She has over two years of teaching experience as a Junior Professor at the New Institute of Technology (NIT), where she delivered courses in Computer Science and Electronic Science. She has also served as a Visiting Faculty at DES, further strengthening her academic exposure. She possesses extensive experience in mentoring student projects, including software development, coding practices, project design specifications, and hardware-based implementations. Additionally, she is proficient in conducting laboratory sessions, guiding academic projects, and implementing outcome-based education with a strong focus on practical and experiential learning.
