Bio

An accomplished academician with over 16 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience, I have been serving at MIT World Peace University (formerly MAEER's Maharashtra Academy of Engineering), Pune, since 28 December 2009. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to outcome-based education, curriculum development, student mentoring, and the effective implementation of innovative teaching-learning practices in Civil Engineering. My expertise includes Structural Engineering, Reinforced Concrete Design, Concrete Technology, Mechanics of Structures, and Sustainable Construction. I have developed virtual laboratories, simulation-based learning resources, and digital teaching tools to enhance students' conceptual understanding and practical skills.

As a Researcher and Program Coordinator, I actively contribute to research in sustainable construction technologies, including Bubble Deck Slabs, energy-efficient building systems, advanced concrete materials, and innovative structural solutions. I have published several research papers in reputed journals, secured multiple national and international patents, and registered copyrights for innovative educational and engineering developments. As Program Coordinator, I coordinate academic planning, accreditation and outcome-based education activities, curriculum implementation, industry interaction, student development initiatives, and quality assurance processes, while fostering research, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration to prepare competent and socially responsible civil engineering professionals.
