Bio
Sachin Patil is working as a lecturer in the mechanical engineering department. He is a motivated mechanical engineer as well as educator with over a decade of diverse experience spanning aluminium smelting, production operations, entrepreneurship, and education. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, and a PGDM in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he combines technical expertise with strong managerial and training skills.
Prof. Sachin Patil has 8 years of industrial experience of overseeing production planning, process control, vendor development, and ISO‑9001 documentation. He demonstrated deep knowledge of smelter operations, equipment handling, and occupational safety, while mentoring junior engineers and operators. Since 2013, he has been a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at MAEER’s MIT Polytechnic, Pune, teaching core subjects, preparing instructional materials, and organizing industrial training programs. His skills include Six Sigma, plant operations, quality control, staff supervision, and vocational training.
