Dr. Sachin Harle is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Biosciences and Technology, MIT-WPU, Pune. He did his Masters in Bioinformatics from Bioinformatics Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University. Doctorate in Biotechnology from Department of Biotechnology, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. The Study involved Molecular Docking of plant-based compounds against cancer related targets; Molecular Dynamic Simulation of complexes and Pathway Simulations. He has experience in NGS Sequence analysis in both- industry and academic settings, including, NIPL (Nucleome Informatics Pvt. Ltd.), Hyderabad; ICAR-NIHSAD (National Institute of High Security Animal Diseases), Bhopal; SCMS (Department of Scientific Computing Modeling and Simulations), Savitribai Phule Pune University; BRIC-THSTI (Translational Health Science and Technology Institute), Faridabad. He has worked on Whole Genome Analysis, Whole Transcriptome Analysis, and Metagenome Analysis of data generated using pacbio, nanopore and illumina platforms.
