Dr. Rupali Gupta

Bio

Dr. Rupali Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT–World Peace University, Pune. She holds a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University (2018), She is also a proud Gold Medalist in MBA (Financial Management) from BHU and also holds postgraduate qualifications in Commerce and International Business from IGNOU.

With more than six years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Gupta specializes in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, and Financial Statement Analysis. Her research interests include Corporate Governance, ESG disclosure, Sustainable and Green Finance, and financial applications of emerging technologies. She has contributed to Scopus-indexed publications, reputed journals, and UGC-funded e-learning initiatives, including module development for e-PG Pathshala (NMEICT-MHRD Mission).

Dr. Gupta has served in key academic administration roles, including Faculty Examination Officer for the MBA program as well as faculty mentor of Finance Forum. She is committed to strengthening institutional academic quality through outcome-based learning, research advancement, and student mentorship in alignment with NAAC’s framework for excellence in higher education.
