Bio
Ruchika Khetarpal is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and General Management at the Ramcharan School of Leadership, MIT World Peace University, Pune. She holds a Fellow Program in Management (Entrepreneurship) from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, and is a UGC-NET qualified academic and MBA Gold Medalist. At MIT-WPU, she contributes through outcome-based teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development, and by handling IQAC responsibilities at RSOL, supporting academic quality and continuous improvement. Her research has been published in reputed journals and presented at leading national and international conferences, including IIM Ahmedabad, EDII, XLRI, IIT Madras, and IISc Bangalore.
